As a result, "type" is read through `$$restProps` because it cannot be dynamic when using `bind:value`. Extend value type to include `null` for the "number" type. Alexis Reigel	9b32fe90f5	Emit Checkbox change event after modifying internal state (#1013) ... The checkbox's internal state doesn't match the visual checked / unchecked state.
